When relocating to a double-fronted listed building in Deddington; the Owner and Director of Mark David Estate Agents, Mark Long, wanted a sign that was more in keeping with their elegant new offices.
After initial consultations, it was agreed that brushed-effect aluminium composite fret cut lettering would create the correct impression with clients, whilst being sympathetic to the building. These were placed on stand-offs so that the text would be noticeable but would not look out of place amongst the surrounding properties. The lettering was complemented by an etch-effect sign on the glass within the building.
As the building is listed, we provided drawings and scaled illustrations so that Mark could confidently approach the local planning department. Once they had granted the application we were able to swiftly apply the signs that confirmed this was a very special addition to the Mark David portfolio.
